1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the jiliso platform available at jiliso.bet (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiliso ("we", "us", or "the Company"). jiliso reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activity on the jiliso Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and applicable regulations governing online casino-style gaming and sports wagering. jiliso strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age.

jiliso reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at users in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or participate.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You further represent that you are not acting on behalf of any person or entity who would be ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jiliso, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jiliso Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jiliso reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jiliso immediately by contacting our support team. jiliso recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, jiliso may require you to complete identity verification at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jiliso accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically credited to your jiliso account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to two (2) banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ are credited upon confirmation from the payment processor.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in your verified name. jiliso does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.

jiliso reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests in compliance with AML obligations. Any withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed pending additional documentation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jiliso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliso is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jiliso may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players (collectively "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the applicable promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jiliso maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in the cancellation of Bonuses, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and the suspension or permanent closure of your account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a Bonus more than once;
• Using collusion, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms;
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a Bonus;
• Systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. jiliso is not liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to claim or use a Bonus within the applicable timeframe.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

jiliso offers a range of online casino games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, sabong live streaming, and arcade games. The availability of specific games and markets may vary and is subject to change without notice. jiliso does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or feature.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game session, the round affected by such malfunction shall be void and any wager placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. jiliso's decision on game malfunction disputes is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jiliso reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and for any player, including imposing individual player limits where necessary for responsible gaming or operational reasons.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by jiliso's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In cases of dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, jiliso's decision based on official competition results is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the jiliso Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, play, or manipulate any game or feature on the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by jiliso;
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server to disguise your true geographic location;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jiliso staff through any communication channel;
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious code, virus, or harmful data;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

jiliso reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical steps to prevent prohibited conduct and to pursue civil and criminal remedies against any player engaged in such conduct.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, text, images, graphics, logos, audio clips, and other intellectual property available on the jiliso Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of jiliso or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of jiliso.

All third-party game titles, brand names, and logos displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by jiliso beyond the applicable licensing arrangements.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

jiliso provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jiliso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In any event, jiliso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 No Warranty on Winnings

jiliso makes no warranty or representation that you will achieve any particular outcome from your use of the Platform, including winning any specific amount or achieving any particular gaming result. All gaming outcomes are subject to chance, and past results are not indicative of future results.

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by jiliso

jiliso reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if jiliso reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• Your account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to jiliso, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a problem gambling risk;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

10.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jiliso account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your preferred withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 12, and this Section 10.3 — shall survive the termination of these Terms.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jiliso collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jiliso, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. jiliso is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Game Dispute Finality

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, jiliso's server logs shall constitute the definitive record of game activity. Where a discrepancy exists between what is displayed on a player's device and jiliso's server records, the server records shall prevail.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jiliso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliso will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
